tight space nonexistent view

the staff seemed a little overwhelmed. i requested a wake-up call, but it never happened. also, the double room extra bed was smaller than i anticipated. the size felt cramped with three people and our luggage. it lacked enough space for everyone to move around comfortably and the promised view was nonexistent. the tight space, nonexistent view

perfect location comfortable size helpful staff single beds banging noise odd check-in

the location was perfect. i loved how close it was to everything. my room was a double room and it was very clean and a really comfortable size! the staff were also helpful and happy to give me directions, that was awesome.

The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together! it wasn't a huge deal, though they did separate a bit. also check-in felt a little weird. nothing was explained to me and it reminded me of i was bothering the guy! the noise at night kept me up. I could not figure out those banging sounds.

A LOVELY stay

spacious room excellent comfort safe neighborhood professional service

The room WAS spacious. The bed provided excellent comfort. A bakery sits nearby, I found lovely pastries. The neighborhood not sketchy at all, ensuring peaceful evenings. I enjoyed the rooftop bar. The views are charming. The staff offered professional and kind service. The complimentary mini-bar contained a nice selection of drinks. The modern room impressed me. The cleaning was thorough.

The elevators advanced VERY slowly. I waited longer than EXPECTED.

fresh breakfast blackout shutters friendly staff central location

breakfast was excellent with fresh options available daily. the room had blackout shutters, this ensured a dark and restful sleep. i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location was central, a short walk from viktualien markt.

my room overlooked an inner courtyard, the view was nothing special.
