the staff seemed a little overwhelmed. i requested a wake-up call, but it never happened. also, the double room extra bed was smaller than i anticipated. the size felt cramped with three people and our luggage. it lacked enough space for everyone to move around comfortably and the promised view was nonexistent. the tight space, nonexistent view

the location was perfect. i loved how close it was to everything. my room was a double room and it was very clean and a really comfortable size! the staff were also helpful and happy to give me directions, that was awesome.
The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together! it wasn't a huge deal, though they did separate a bit. also check-in felt a little weird. nothing was explained to me and it was like i was bothering the guy! the noise at night kept me up. I could not figure out those banging sounds.
